Pilates is an exercise system which encompasses a total mind-body workout. By focusing on the six Pilates Principles, one can achieve greater flexibility, strength, tone and balance.

Pilates has vast rehabilitative benefits, helping to reduce pain, improve movement and posture, and recover from injury. But it isn't just for those seeking a remedial outcome - elite athletes practice Pilates to condition the body, increase body awareness and prevent injury.

There is something for everyone, whatever your age, gender or background.

WHAT CAN CLIENTS EXPECT IN A CLASS?

Each session lasts for one hour. Exercises are carried out in standing, lying and on all-fours during a typical class. Clients move in all directions during a session, thus ensuring that they achieve functional strength and movement.
